"When you truly believe that you can achieve something you will". I know you've probably heard that before... and it sounds great... but how do you begin to believe that you can achieve something when you’re conditioned to believing that you can’t?
How do you begin to be more positive when your mind is filled with negative thoughts, self-doubt, worry, fear and anxiety?
Well, I’m going to give you a some techniques to work with to help you create the changes you want and help you eliminate those negative thoughts.
If you want to make improvements in your life, if you want to experience greater success and happiness, then you have to change your thinking. You start by changing your thoughts, so that you get rid of the negative thoughts and the self-doubt that leads to failure.
Replace those negative thoughts that hold you back with positive thoughts . When you do that you begin to create new beliefs and you begin to believe in yourself and your ability.
Most people never believe that they can succeed. Instead they believe they can’t succeed.
Their minds are filled with negative thinking and as a result they can’t even take the first step toward their goals. Many don’t even know what their goals really are. Instead, they focus on what they don’t want; thinking its the best way to achieve their goals.
That kind of thinking may lead to greater failure and more struggle.
Over the years you may have programmed yourself (often without knowing it) to do certain things and live your life a certain way. This programming is planted deep in your mind and on your subconscious mind. Your subconscious merely creates your life based on this programming, which is a combination of your regular thoughts and deeply held beliefs. Repeated actions that support those thoughts and beliefs simply make them stronger and then it may get tougher to break the cycle.
When you begin to change the way you think, you start to change your beliefs, and then you naturally begin to change the way you act and before you know it you change your life.
If you want to create drastic changes you have to start with your mind and re-direct your subconscious mind.
Throughout the day you have a number of thoughts (thousands of thoughts). You’re probably not even aware of half the thoughts you have, because you simply haven’t paid attention to them. But these thoughts are tied to beliefs and the combination of thoughts and beliefs create the life you live.
So if you want to change things, then first begin to understand what thoughts you have and how they impact your life.
Once you’ve done that you can being to remove those negative thoughts (those that don’t help you succeed) and replace them with positive thoughts that allow you to succeed and enjoy your life.
This process has to become a daily habit, and there is still a lot more that you can do. The more you do, the sooner you may change your life and the sooner you begin to enjoy the success that you want.
When you change your thoughts and beliefs you may begin to re-program your mind and you may re-direct your subconscious mind. When what you think and believe corresponds with what you want you begin to see a shift in your life, one that is more positive and more rewarding. That’s when you may feel that things are starting to change.
